Privacy Notice
Last updated: May 11, 2026
This notice describes how Vardr Partners, LLC (“Vardr,” “we”) handles information collected through vardrpartners.com. We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising on this site.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you complete the briefing request form, we collect your work email, organization, role (optional), audience selection, and any message you include.
- Booking information. If you schedule a meeting via our Cal.com link, we receive booking metadata (event type, start and end time, your name, and your email) from the scheduling provider.
- Operational data. Our web infrastructure logs IP address and user agent for security and rate-limiting purposes.
- Product analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and PostHog to understand how the site performs and which pages are read. Analytics are configured to avoid collecting precise location data or identifying individuals who have not submitted a form.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a briefing.
- To send the briefing confirmation, calendar invitation, and follow-up email.
- To improve the site, in aggregate.
Who sees it
Your message is read by Frank Speiser and Payton Jonson, our partners. Supporting infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon, Resend, Cal.com, Slack, PostHog, and Sentry) process data on our behalf under their respective terms.
Retention
We retain inbound inquiries until the engagement is concluded or for two years from last contact, whichever is later. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@vardrpartners.com.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold. Email privacy@vardrpartners.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
We will update this notice as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
