Vardr teams with system integrators and primes on state and federal benefits programs — SNAP and Medicaid eligibility modernization, verification, and program integrity. We join as a named specialist subcontractor, or we supply the determination layer as a component inside your delivery. We are small and principal-led: the people you meet are the people who do the work.

How we team
Four shapes are real for a firm our size. We name them so your alliances review is short, and so the first call starts at the second question.

Specialist subcontractor on your bid
We write the eligibility, verification, and program-integrity content of the technical volume, put named people against the roles, and deliver them after award. We sign teaming agreements pre-RFP and hold to the workshare we agreed.

Benefits Gateway as a component in your delivery
The determination and verification layer runs inside your architecture — licensed to the prime or delivered by us under your task order. Either way it is one integration surface, and it is demonstrable on a call rather than described in a roadmap.

Independent validation
Shadow-mode comparison of a new or modified eligibility engine against live determinations, with a written discrepancy analysis. We take this only on programs where we are not also on the build.

Scoped work on a program in trouble
A defined problem — determination accuracy, a verification backlog, improper-payment findings — with a defined exit. Not open-ended capacity.
What we don’t do
- Staff augmentation and hourly bench resources.
- Lending a principal's résumé to a proposal without a delivery role attached to it.
- Priming large-scale systems-integration programs.
If that is what you need, we will say so on the first call rather than after the teaming agreement.
