06Our Work
Our methodology and tools are public.
This is how we approach benefits-system modernization. Strategic frameworks others keep in sales decks. Tools that critique your RFP before we ever meet. Capabilities we apply at federal civilian and state benefits scale.
01Strategic frameworks
Principal-grade frameworks, published in the open.
Four artifacts we use on every engagement. Procurement teams can interrogate them before a single email is exchanged.
Framework 01
Reference Architecture
Blueprint for secure, scalable benefits-decisioning systems with AI governance built in — six layers, three non-negotiables.
Open frameworkFramework 02
Agentic Maturity Model
Staged path from legacy rules to modular, governed, observable agentic systems. Diagnostic rather than aspirational.
Open frameworkFramework 03
Modernization Readiness Assessment
Eighteen questions that surface the operational and procurement conditions a modernization must meet to succeed.
Open frameworkFramework 04
Procurement Language Library
Twelve contract clauses for AI governance, data rights, model artifact delivery, and fraud-control accountability.

02Live tools
Working tools. Not demos.
Each tool below runs against the published Vardr methodology and produces a substantive artifact you can take to your next meeting.
Tool 01
AI Architecture Critic
Paste an RFP, architecture description, or vendor proposal. Get a principal-grade, severity-tagged critique scored against the Vardr methodology.
Open the Critic →Tool 02
Modernization Readiness Assessment
Score your benefits-modernization program against authority, data, continuity, due-process, and procurement readiness — locally, in two minutes.
Run the assessment →Tool 03
Federal AI Readiness (M-24-10)
Score your federal-AI program against the engineering practices the OMB memo actually requires — inventory, impact assessment, minimum-practice runbooks.

A note on what stays out of our work
We don’t publish composite case studies, stock-logo grids, or accuracy numbers without a stated population, time period, and baseline. When we publish an engagement outcome, it’s an outcome — measured, named, and with the client’s explicit consent.
Have an RFP, an architecture, or a vendor proposal in front of you right now?
Run it through the Architecture Critic before we talk. The result will sharpen the briefing.
