01CodyBuild

Multi-LLM orchestration that earns its keep.

CodyBuild is a paid MCP server that runs structured patterns — confer, debate, audit, plan, panel-pick — across the major LLM providers. It runs on your machine, with your keys, and emits signed telemetry that never contains your prompt content.

02Why it exists

Three claims the structure earns.

  • 01

    Efficient token consumption

Structured patterns over ad-hoc prompting. Early-stop convergence, panel-size right-sizing, model-tier routing — built into the orchestration, not bolted on. Pay for fewer tokens, get the same answer.

  • 02

    Structured workflow

Five named patterns — confer, debate, audit, plan, panel-pick — that map to how senior engineers actually use LLMs. Stop reinventing the prompt. Pick the pattern, get the answer, see the receipts.

  • 03

    Tasks done faster

Parallel fan-out across providers, deterministic moderator synthesis, content-free telemetry on every call. Run on your laptop or in CI. Your prompts and your keys never leave your machine.

03Pricing

One price. Your own LLM bill.

You pay Vardr for the orchestration, dashboard, analyzer, and activation infrastructure. You pay Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI directly for your model usage — through your own accounts, with keys we never see.

  • · Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal.
  • · Per-seat — one machine activation per seat, re-activate yourself once per 30 days.
  • · First month free with code WELCOME100.

CodyBuild — single seat

$20/ seat / month

USD, billed monthly. Add seats anytime; we prorate through Stripe.

Test mode launch. Prices visible above are the production prices we'll charge once live mode flips on; if you're seeing this before launch, you're early.

04How it works

Four steps. Then your IDE has a multi-LLM panel.

  1. 01

    Sign and pay

Accept the EULA, complete checkout, and you're issued a single-use activation token. First month free with code WELCOME100.

  2. 02

    Install (browser or CLI)

One-time install script for macOS, Linux, or Windows. Token activates a single machine per seat. Re-activate yourself if you reinstall — no support ticket required.

  3. 03

    Add your upstream keys

Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok — your keys, stored in your OS keychain only. CodyBuild's server has no technical means to read them.

  4. 04

    Run patterns from your IDE

Connect to Claude Code, Cline, Cursor, or anything that speaks MCP. Invoke confer / debate / audit and watch the right model do the right work.

05Trust posture

Three invariants we won't break.

01

Server never sees prompts

Telemetry schema rejects prompt-shaped keys at the boundary. CI fails any PR that would change that.

02

Server never sees keys

Upstream LLM keys live in your OS keychain. There is no server route that accepts them, no proxy, no fallback path.

03

Activation is privacy-preserving

Per-machine fingerprint is an Argon2 hash of (machine-id, install-uuid, OS platform). Not a serial number, not a MAC address, not reversible.

06FAQ

Questions worth answering.

Do you see my prompts or API responses?

No. The CodyBuild server never receives the content of your prompts or model responses. Telemetry events contain only model identifiers, token counts, cost estimates, and timing — never prompt-shaped data. The Zod schema that ingests events explicitly rejects fields named prompt, messages, content, input, text, completion, response, or output.

Do you store my LLM API keys?

No. Your keys live in your operating system's keychain (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager, libsecret on Linux) on the machine where CodyBuild is installed. The server has no access to them. We have no technical means to read them.

What does the $20/seat/month cover?

The CodyBuild orchestration software, the dashboard, the analyzer that suggests how to use it better, single-machine activation, and the server-side infrastructure that issues activation JWTs and accepts telemetry. It does NOT cover your spend with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI — those are your own provider accounts.

Which providers are tested?

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok) are tested. DeepSeek, Groq, and others are available but considered experimental — we don't ship breaking changes around them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Self-serve cancellation from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no pro-rata refunds outside what applicable law requires.

Will CodyBuild reduce my token bill?

We do not warrant that it will. The structured patterns are designed for token efficiency, and early-stop converged debates and right-sized panels typically do reduce spend in our experience — but every workload is different. Read the EULA Section 7 for the formal disclaimer.
